SKPF SHOTOKAN

The SKPF was formed in May 2005 by PAUL FILENCZUK 5^th Dan and chief instructor.

Paul was an England international and won several competitions both in freestyle and Kata and has trained under some of the best Japanese instructors around.

Just a few names to mention ASANO, ENOEDA,  KANAZAWA so has a great background in the traditional ways of SHOTOKAN.

With the aid of Alan Pennington as administrator, secretary and student 1st Dan the SKPF has steadily grown with a membership that is ever growing from month to month.

The aims of the association are to promote the TRADITIONAL style of SHOTOKAN, and through dedication, discipline and practise to help all students to become some of the  best exponents of karate that they can achieve as individuals.
